We are strict about the quality of our products, and while cases involving damages or defects are rare, they may still occur on occasion.
If your order arrives with obvious freight damage visible to the outer packaging of the item, the shipment should either be refused, or at the very least, ensure the damage is noted on the freight company's Bill of Lading that you will be asked to sign at the time of delivery. This puts the onus on the freight company to accept responsibility for any damages occurred in transit. For concealed damage that goes unnoticed until after unboxing your shipment (once the freight company has left), please email photographs and a description of the damages to email@example.com. The same process applies for any manufacturing defects or flaws that may be discovered upon the unboxing of your order. IONDESIGN will work with you to provide the appropriate resolution no matter the circumstance.
Claims received three or more business days after the the delivery date will not be eligible. If there is a disagreement with the resolution of your case, you will be responsible for paying to return the product to us in order to receive your product refund. Returns must be packed in their original packaging and must be returned to IONDESIGN in new condition to quality for a refund.
