We are strict on the quality of the products and while cases like damages and defects don’t happen often, it happens once in a while. You must inspect your items upon delivery. When there is a damage, please note damage to the carrier “Damaged when arrived”. After, take pictures immediately and document the damages. If the item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse the item. If the item delivered is intact, accept the item. If you refuse the whole shipment that includes undamaged items, you are responsible for accepting re-delivery of the undamaged items within 7 days with an additional cost with the re-delivery but not limited to storage fees.

Claims received past 3 business days from date of confirmation will not be eligible. For all damages and defects, we will need a clear photograph attached with your claim form. Once confirmed with the claim form and pictures, we will contact you with the next steps necessary. If there is a disagreement with the solution to your case, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in order to receive your product refund.
