Where are the products from?

We source out the best furniture products around the globe to you.  In order to make it happen, we work with manufacturer’s directly from Indonesia, Vietnam, China and India. 

With every relationship, we make sure the quality, guidelines and ethical practices are met as we make visits to those factories on a regular basis.


What is the warranty on ION’s products? 

At ION, we would like our customer’s to be satisfied with every purchase.  We have a standard 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on our furniture products unless indicated.

Do you use fire retardants in your furniture?

A large majority of items from Iondesign doesn’t contain any flame retardants added during manufacturing.  Please contact us to confirm the product you are interested in for further information.


Are colors shown on the photos accurate?

All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are comparable to a residential home. 


Will I get confirmation of my order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place the order. If you haven’t receive confirmation, please contact us to let us know.


Do you offer financing?

We unfortunately do not offer any financing plans at the moment.


Do you offer international shipping?

We thank anyone visiting our website from different corners of the world.  Right now we only offer standard shipping to customers in Canada and continental U.S.


What are your shipping address restrictions?

We do not ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses


Can my shipping address be changed as I place the order?

We require a notice from you immediately of the changes on your order.  Once as an order is already shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped to the correct address. 


How will the standard delivery process work?

The carrier will give you a call 24 hours prior to the delivery.  The delivery partner will drop off curbside only and will not bring it into your home. If you miss your delivery time, the delivery partner will contact you to re-schedule it.  Some of our delivery partners may charge a re-delivery fee.
